Private traveler

Arrival and departure
The Hotel apartment is at your disposal from 14:00 at the day of arrival.
Departure date, you must leave the apartment at the latest. 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.

Late Arrivals
Please notify the hotel in advance for late arrivals.

Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation must be made the latest at 19:00 the day before arrival. If you fail without cancellation or canceled after this time (19:00 pm) you have to pay for one day.
If the hotel incurs costs as a result of your order you will be charged for these.

Departure before the agreed deadline
Have you ordered for a specific period of time but depart before this time expires, you will pay the same fee as a late cancellation. In addition to the price for the time you stayed at the hotel, you pay then for an additional day.

Group bookings

An arrangement is on premises provided with or without accommodation and / or refreshments, for example, for conference or activities.
The client is the person-, legal or natural, who is liable for the event.
Supplier means the facility that supplies the event.

Order shall be in writing and the supplier shall acknowledge the order in writing.

Special requests when ordering

Have the customer special request regarding such as special diets, pets, etc. it shall be mentioned at the time of ordering. The same applies if the customer requires special security arrangements. If the customer has special wish which creates additional costs for the supplier the client will be charge for this.

Cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. By cancellation 15-6 days before the first day of arrival the Customer shall reimburse the supplier of 25% of the value of the order. If canceled up to 5 days or later Customer may pay the provider with 100% of the booking value

Purchaser is responsible for all costs arising from the order. If participants must pay something for themselves this must be approved by the supplier. This must be communicated in writing to the supplier. If participants is absent of ordered meal, this means that the customer is not entitled to a reduction of the price. If a guest is absent from the accommodation the first night will be charged in full price. If a guest is absent from the activity / conference it’s not entitled to a reduction of the price. Payment must be made by appointment.  Has Agreement been made for payment by invoice the Customer shall make payment in full within 20 days of the invoice date. If this time is exceeded, the supplier is entitled to charge interest from the due date of the reference rate, increased by eight percentage points.

Reservation for price changes
If the provider wants to reserve for price increases this must be clearly state in its written acknowledgment in the receipt of the order. Supplier shall inform the customer when the surcharge is applied.

Strikes, lockouts, fire, explosion, war or warlike conditions, substantial restrictions on supplies and other circumstances beyond the supplier's control entitles the supplier to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
